Frequently asked

Is it really free to start?
Yes — building, hosting, and publishing to a quicksites.ai subdomain are free. On the free (merchant) plan we only take a fee on orders you actually sell. No sales, no fee.
What do you charge on a restaurant or food-ordering site?
8% plus 60¢ per order, with no monthly fee. It is higher than the 5% on other storefronts for one reason: card processing takes a fixed ~30¢ off every transaction, so on a $9 order a flat percentage does not cover the cost of moving the money. The 60¢ floor is what makes small tickets work at all. You are told this rate before you connect payments, and it is the same rate on the claim page.
When would I pay a subscription instead?
If you’re an agency running many client sites and prefer flat, predictable costs over a per-order fee, the Agency plan bills per user + per site with no order fee. Talk to us to get set up during the beta.
What about payment processing fees?
Standard Stripe processing fees apply on top of our platform fee, the same as any checkout. You’ll always see fees before you publish.
Can you just build it for me?
Yes. A done-for-you build is a fixed price from $1,995: design, content migration, your domain, mobile, basic SEO and redirects from your old URLs, launched with your approval. Hosting stays free; an optional care plan ($49/mo self-service, $149/mo managed) covers your own domain, backups, support and — on managed — us making the changes for you.
